The forests of the Lake District are covered in bluebells. I’m a little early this year to catch them in their full glory, but everywhere I drive, the lilac blue carpets catch my eye. I had  the perfect mix of sunshine and cloud today. Driving along the edge of Coniston Water, I happened across a beautiful little forest and caught these pale bluebells in the setting sun.
