This forest on the steep cliffs about Lough Teagh is just a magical place. I was so lucky this year – we had snow ridiculously late, and the day I made my way up there, the sun was blazing, and had fallen low behind the mountain. The result was incredible – the forest was lit up in gold, the bounce light from the snow making the trees shine, and the cliffs behind them were in blue shadow. This is pretty much an unfiltered shot bar a lighten sharpen and a bit of saturation.
